I placed my order, does my shipment have a tracking number once its shipped?

All our packages are shipped with USPS priority mail, which includes tracking number and insurance. 

Where is DiaSnacks currently located?

We are currently located in Texas, USA. We receive exotic snacks daily from the following countries Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, China, India and more each week to ensure new snacks for every order! 

Can I customized my order?

We welcome large or customized order, please contact us for more details before purchase. We may have discounts for large orders!

Tracking number said delivered but I didn't receive it.

Please contact your local post office for more direct information of the deliver, all our package are insured by USPS so we can help you open a lost/stolen claim with USPS. After investigation, if package is indeed lost, USPS will refund you directly. 

My order was returned to Sender, why and can I get my refund?

If USPS returned your order, the address on file may be incorrect. Since we would not know if an address is incorrect or not, it is not our responsibility and we are not at fault. We will give partial refund to costumer after we receive the returned order. If costumer paid for Shipping cost, Shipping cost will not be refunded as it has already been used to purchase the shipping label of returned order. 

Incorrect address, can I change?

Please contact us ASAP for any incorrect address for possible changes. If we have already shipped your order, address cannot be changed but you can contact USPS to redirect the package to you. As the sender, we are unable to do that for you. If package has not been shipped yet, we will gladly change the shipping information for you. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the orders containing food, we usually do not accept returns and all sales are final. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
